Problem to Solve: Communicate to Service Providers and Wall St. clients the IP and Optical convergence in a simple format that is understandable and eliminates confusion around specific product types.
ACG Research Retained: To survey top service providers to understand share of TDM and IP traffic today and in the future, create a slide deck to explain what that means and how it will affect the products and market for routers and optical products.
Results: Identify traffic types which are decreasing and those which are increasing. Relate traffic types to product types and overlap to show transitions over time. Created presentation to communicate and clear confusion in market.
