Andrea Hug, Quantitative Analyst
Andrea Hug brings to the ACG Research over three years of experience working in many roles within the research industry. Andrea is in charge of providing high-quality, timely, accurate custom quantitative data and innovative ideas to supply our clients with the best views of the market. Her strong customer service experience, communication skills, and personal attention to details support ACG Research's mission to provide world-class telecom and business market analysis and research, promote customer satisfaction, and consistently deliver high standards of service.
Prior to the research industry, Andrea worked for a large grocery retailer for approximately eight years. She honed her managerial and customer service skills in her role as assistant store manager. Andrea left the grocery industry in January 2008 after her twins were born.
Andrea assists the principal analysts with their research activities to help them deliver timely and accurate analysis and forecasts. She gathers the quantitative data and builds the general reports to be distributed to clients. She has helped and/or worked on VoIP, Security, Mobility, Optical, UC, BB and Router services.
She lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband Jim and six children and two Cavalier King Charles spaniels Toby and Bo. Andrea has a wide range of interests and activities, which mostly focus on spending time managing a large family.
